As Integral Energy’s outsourced IT services provider, Logica supports Integral across a broad applications landscape of retail and network billing, meter data management, NEM systems, and helpdesk across 22 locations.

SP AusNet
We have designed, built and implemented SP AusNet’s eMeter meter data management solution, as well as follow on work to design, build and implement the metering wireless communication technology. Previously we delivered two new data centres and a new IT infrastructure for SP AusNet for the TXU disaggregation into retail and distribution arms.

Jemena
Logica has delivered multiple infrastructure projects for Jemena, and recently assisted Jemena by rolling out infrastructure to support their smart metering program. As an Australian first, we also completed ISO270001 security accreditation for their new smart metering environment.

Powercor-CitiPower
Here we designed and developed an additional module to bring smart meter functionality to their existing billing system. The new functionality was delivered without disruption to the business in July 2009.
